Join the Syracuse University dietetic interns for Food Allergies and Your Practice: Serving Up Safety, a talk with Dr. Samuel Herschkowitz! During the lecture, Dr. Herschkowitz will cover The Elijah Law, what food allergies are and which foods cause anaphylaxis, understanding food labels, how to prepare foods while preventing cross contamination, and food allergy emergency treatments. The session will end with a Q and A!
